It started with the suggestion of a Canadian retiree who met Marta during the process of buying a house and felt that having information and support were very important for carrying out such an important life project.
This led the both of us to combine our skills and together we created a company to give retirees who decide to come and live in Portugal all the support they need.

Marta Rocha
Born in Brazil, graduated in Business Management and post-graduated in Finance, after owning a company for 12 years, I made my career in Banking, acting as a Corporate Manager at HSBC. But I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and venture out into this world. Since I have Italian origins, I still considered Italy as a destination, but I ended up in Portugal and quickly realized that I would adopt this country as my own.
With my knowledge base, I followed the goal of bringing investments to Portugal. I have been working for IAD in the real estate sector, and I feel very fulfilled and happy to be able to be part of my clients' projects and help in making the dream of coming to live in Portugal, come true.
Matilde do Carmo
Born and raised in Lisbon, graduated in Sociology and with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I am someone who has always loved to travel and who likes to meet new people and new cultures.
After 20 years of work in the corporate world, - in the most diverse areas from human resources management to event organization - and having worked the last six years as a Personal Assistant, I decided to launch myself into a new project where I can combine everything I like, some way or another. That is, meeting new people and helping them be happy in my country.
I travelled a lot and even had the experience of living abroad for several months (between London and Florence), but the more I travel, the more certain I am that the country I like to be in is Portugal, so I understand perfectly well the motivation of a retired person to come live in my dear country.
