How Concierge Services Are Charged?
- Our service is provided by purchasing hours or service packs.
- Minimum starting services is a 5-hour pack.
- Service from 09:00 to 18:00 on working days.
- In the name of complete transparency, before proceeding with any service, you will be informed of how many hours are expected in order for us to perform the requested service.
- The minimum amount of one hour will always be charged, even if the requested service has a shorter duration.
- After being contacted, we will respond within 48 hours.
- Whenever possible, we will present a minimum of 2 proposals/budgets to be able to decide.
- Payment terms will be presented with the quote.
- Amounts presented above are subject to VAT of 23%.
